The sky, that night

What hung over us
No moon above the horizon — the dark that stargazers pray for.
The wanderers
Saturn was out — bright enough to pick out by eye.
The patterns
Aquarius, Capricornus, and Pegasus stood over us.
The same stars are still up there.
